Other settings

Formerly called "Default Setting"

This page (Nodes Manager → Other Action → Other Settings) holds global values that aren't per-node, grouped into three sections:

Node defaults	Certificate / Private key (fallback TLS cert for nodes), SSH private key (default key used to connect to nodes for one-click install), Backend API URL
Client defaults	Client announcement and Version control (JSON)
Subscription defaults	UA whitelist / UA blacklist, Traffic exhaustion rate, Offline node minutes

DNS, Route, Outbound, Inbound, domain blocking, and protocol blocking are no longer configured here — they live on the Additional node config page as multi-case fields. The only field that still works as a "default when the node's own field is empty" fallback is Network Setting JSON, and that field has also moved to the Additional Node Config page.
